"What happened with my order? I ordered three specific products (leave blank here), but I received completely different items that I do not need and will hardly be able to use. Of course, I can try to figure something out, but I would like to get exactly what I ordered and paid for. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If the items I ordered are not available, it should be communicated in advance that they are out of stock or cannot be shipped, rather than sending me three completely different products. While the active ingredient may be similar, these are not what I ordered.
In such cases, I believe the right approach would be either to notify me that the items are unavailable, or to clearly confirm if you intend to replace them with other products. It’s obviously not easy to manage substitutions, I understand that, but this should not be handled in this way.
Please let’s resolve the current issue properly, and in the future, I kindly ask you not to send replacements without informing me first.
